Every couple has tried the Sunday meeting. Coffee, a shared calendar, good intentions. It works for about three weeks, then one Sunday gets busy and the whole system quietly dies.
Big weekly planning fails for a simple reason: a week is too much to hold at once, and by Wednesday it's already wrong. Small daily planning works because tomorrow is a size your brain can carry.
Why out loud
Typing a plan is a chore in itself. Talking is how you already think about tomorrow: "bins, Sam's dentist, I need to call the plumber, we're out of eggs." Two minutes of that contains everything. It just needs sorting.
Talk for two minutes. Wake up to five things you can actually do.
How the Debrief works
Say what's on your mind, in any order. Nothing to type.
Benudge turns it into at most five action items for tomorrow, three on a low-Energy day.
Each one shows up on your Today board by morning. What you said stays private to you.
No meeting to schedule, nothing to keep up with. If you miss a night, tomorrow still works, because the next Debrief starts from scratch.
